Absolutely! This coaching is specifically designed for adults 40+ at all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or returning to fitness after a break, we create programs that meet you where you are. There's no "perfect" fitness level to start—just a willingness to take the first step.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No strict diets here. We focus on sustainable nutrition habits that work with your lifestyle. The goal is to teach you how to make choices that support your goals while still enjoying the foods you love. It's about balance and flexibility, not restriction.

Can I still eat the foods I enjoy?

Yes! That's actually a core part of our philosophy. We don't eliminate foods or create restriction lists. Instead, we teach you portion control, timing, and balance so you can include your favorite foods while reaching your goals. Sustainability means you actually stick with it.

Do you offer online coaching?

Yes, we offer fully online coaching for all programs. You'll receive custom programming, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins completely virtually. Many of our clients appreciate the flexibility and convenience of working with us from anywhere.

What is GLP-1 support coaching?

GLP-1 support coaching is specialized guidance for clients taking GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro). We help optimize your fitness strategy, preserve muscle mass while losing fat, adjust nutrition for appetite changes, and set you up for long-term success beyond the medication.

How long does it take to see results?

Many clients see initial changes within 2-3 weeks (energy, how clothes fit, mood), but real transformation takes time. Most programs are designed for 12 weeks minimum to build sustainable habits and see significant results. Think months, not weeks—that's how we ensure lasting change.

Will I gain it all back after coaching ends?

That depends on your approach—and that's why our coaching focuses on teaching you habits, not temporary fixes. You'll learn WHY certain strategies work and how to maintain them independently. Many clients continue with ongoing coaching because they value the support and accountability, but you'll have the knowledge to sustain results.

What if I have past dieting failures?

Past diet failures are actually common among our clients—and that's exactly why our approach is different. We don't do extreme restriction. Instead, we teach sustainable habits and help you understand why previous diets didn't work. With a realistic, flexible approach, success becomes possible.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

It depends on the program, but we design coaching to fit busy schedules. Most clients commit 3-5 hours per week for workouts, with nutrition being about daily choices you're already making anyway. Online coaching is extra flexible since you work out on your time.

Can I do this if I have injuries or limitations?

Yes. In fact, our corrective exercise specialization means we're experienced at working around injuries and limitations. We'll assess your movement, modify exercises, and help you build strength safely. Many clients come to us specifically because of past injuries they thought meant they couldn't get fit.
